Park Street Breaking and Entering Arrest

On May 30th, 2026 at approximately 12:40 a.m, officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 100 block of Park Street for a breaking and entering complaint. Upon arrival officers contacted the victim who advised that Todd William Riley Jr. had been making threats and had tried to break down their door. Officers located Riley a short distance away and was subsequently placed under arrest. He was transported to Central Booking. He later appeared before a District Court Commissioner and held on $1,500 bond.
