While I know that I am still deeply frustrated because some of the decisions that should have been made were not made when it comes to support for Western Maryland. One thing I see about this community is when Washington wants to look at us and say, ‘You’re on your own,” this community looked at each other and said, ‘We leave no one behind.’”
