Virginia Avenue Assault Arrest

On Saturday, June 6, 2026 at approximately 7:36 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 200 block of Virginia Avenue for an assault. Police contacted the alleged victim who reported that he was assaulted by Naomi Manges. Officers observed that the victim had sustained injuries. After further investigation, Manges was arrested and transported to Central Booking. She was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on her personal recognizance.
