On June 4, 2026, deputies arrested Shane Matthew Davis, 33 years old, Mountain Lake Park, on the strength of a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Davis was transported to the Garrett County Detention Center where he is currently being held pending a bond hearing.
