PUBLIC NOTICE: Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will meet

The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will meet in public session beginning at 4:15 p.m. in the 2nd floor Conference Room of City Hall on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting to consider proposals for the location, expansion or retention of particular businesses at the Messick Road Project and potential negotiations regarding the Memorial Hospital Project. Authority to close the session is provided by Section 3-305(b)(4) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

The Open Work Session will then begin at 4:45 p.m. in the 2nd floor Conference Room.
