First Street CDS Arrest

On Thursday, June 11, 2026 at approximately 11:28 AM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on W. First Street. A Police K-9 responded and alerted to the odor of drugs in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and a passenger, Stephanie Keller, was found to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia. Keller was arrested and transported to police headquarters. She was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial.
