Decatur Street Burglary Arrest

On June 17, 2026, officers with the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 100 Block of Decatur Street for a reported disturbance. Following an investigation, officers determined that Sarah Elizabeth Harmon had entered a residence on Decatur Street without permission. As a result, Harmon was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center for a bond hearing. At the conclusion, she was released on her own recognizance.

Charge: Burglary 4th Degree
