Trespassing Arrest

On June 18, 2026, officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a trespassing complaint on Grand Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located Jason Lynn Winfield on the property posted with a “No Trespassing” sign. Officers arrested Winfield and issued him a citation for trespassing- posted property. He was then released pending trial at District Court.

Arrest: Jason Lynn Winfield, Age 44, Cumberland, MD
Charge: Trespassing on Posted Property
