Tuesday is Maryland’s Primary Election. Polling places will be open from 7am to 8pm for in-person voting at polling places across the state. Primaries being followed closely include the Democratic Race for Congress between incumbent April McClain-Delaney and David Trone and the Republican primary for Governor with front-runners Ed Hale and Dan Cox. Locally, seven Republican candidates will be narrowed to three for Allegany County Commissioner and a new Sheriff will be elected out of the three candidates running for that office.
