Queen City Drive Trespassing Arrest

On Sunday, June 21, 2026 at approximately 4:42 PM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department was traveling on Queen City Drive when they observed David Bass walking across the train tracks which is posted against trespassers. Bass was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial.
