Criminal Summons Served for Theft and Assault

On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Kelsey Jo Connors. The summons was issued as the result of a private citizen filing charges against Connors at the District Court of Allegany County. Connors was released pending trial.
