City Set For Annual Fireworks

A longstanding Cumberland tradition continues Saturday night as the City of Cumberland will set off 4th of July fireworks from Constitution Park. Ryan Mackey, director of Parks and Rec, told WCBC the anticipated timeline…
“The 4th of July fireworks at Constitution Park – we’ll be shooting them off from Long Field about 9:15, something like that.”
Mackey added that visitors are still welcome to visit the Park on the 4th.
“The pool will close at 3 o’clock that day, per usual. People who rent pavilions that day you can still come up as long as you’re standing outside of that radius, you can watch the fireworks right from the park.”
