Arrest Warrants Served

On Wednesday, July 8, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served an arrest warrant on Joshua Day. The warrant was issued as a result of a citizen complaint. Day was located and arrested. He was taken before a district court commissioner, where he was released on an unsecured $2,500 bond pending his trial.

ARRESTED: Joshua Gene Day, 35, Cumberland, MD.
CHARGES: Assault Second Degree (x2), Affray (x2), Disorderly Conduct.

Warrant Arrest
On Wednesday, July 8, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served a bench warrant on David McMillan. The warrant was issued as a result of McMillan’s failure to appear in court on July 6th, 2026. McMillan was located and arrested. He was taken before a district court commissioner, where he was released on his own recognizance.

CHARGES: Failure to Appear (Burglary Fourth Degree-Store)
