WV DMV Encouraging Appointments

While walk-ins are still welcome, the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is encouraging customers make appointments to avoid “busy” times.  The average wait plus service time at offices statewide is less than 30 minutes without an appointment but can be even less with one.  Many DMV services are now available online, but if going to a DMV office is necessary, setting an appointment ahead can avoid bottlenecked times.
