Interaction with City of Cumberland government has been made easier over the years with the addition of online resources, but even with all the information available, sometimes there can be problems. “You can make a complaint to myself, you can make a complaint to our human resource department. You can make a complaint to an elected official and it will get investigated. We are a professional business. We don’t just go off willy-nilly and do whatever we want. We are accountable not only to the laws, the people, but also to our policies.”
