City Police Report for Saturday

On Friday, July 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM the Cumberland Police Department was dispatched to the 400 block of Seymour Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers located Tara Miller and spoke to her regarding the disturbance. Officers observed Miller holding CDS paraphernalia, and she was placed under arrest. Miller was transported to the police station and issued a Criminal Citation. Miller signed for the citation and was released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
