Bench Warrants Served

On July 26th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Travis Vaughn Shaffer. The warrant was issued after Shaffer failed to appear for court on July 24th, 2026, for the original charge of theft ($100 to under $1,500). Shaffer was transported to Central Booking and presented before a District Court Commissioner, where he was released on his own recognizance.

Bench Warrant Served
On July 26th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Nicolas Joseph D’Atri. The warrant was issued after D’Atri violated a condition of probation dated June 24th, 2026, for the original charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. D’Atri was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest revealed CDS paraphernalia on D’Atri’s person. D’ Atri was issued a criminal citation for the paraphernalia. He was transported to Central Booking and presented before a District Court Commissioner. He was then remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
