Garrett County Arrest

On July 16,2026, around 8:00 p.m., deputies responded Tall Oaks Drive for an assault. As a result of the investigation, deputies arrested Craig Justin Krivosky, 46 years old, Oakland. During the course of the arrest Krivosky kicked a deputy.

Krivosky was charged with the following:

• 2 counts of Assault Second Degree

• Arson Threat

Krivosky was transported to the Garrett County Detention Center where he is currently being held on a $75,000.00 bond.
