Warrant Served

On July 28, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served a bench warrant on David Hartman. The warrant was issued as a result of Hartman failing to appear in court for a driving without a license citation. Hartman was seen before a District Court Commissioner for his initial appearance. Hartman was released on his personal recognizance pending his trial.
