Moore Honors Steny Hoyer

On Wednesday, Maryland Governor Wes Moore presented outgoing Congressman Steny Hoyer a special award. The governor honored Hoyer with the inaugural Legacy Award, recognizing Hoyer’s influence as a principal architect of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. The Legacy Award acknowledges the congressman’s lifetime of dedication to equal opportunity and access for all Americans.
