Town Halls Planned For Opioid Settlement Spending

The State of Maryland has town halls scheduled to discuss spending plans from the prescription opioid settlement funds. The public can participate by attending and comments are welcome by registering prior to the town hall. The Western Maryland event covering Allegany, Garrett, and Washington counties will be held on August 6 at 5:30pm. Citizens can register for the virtual town hall at stopoverdose.maryland.gov.
