3 Arrested for Trespassing on Centre Street

On Thursday, August 6, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers were on patrol in the area of Centre Street when they observed several individuals trespassing at a residence. Contact was made with William Bickling, Donna Fair, and Charity Walters. All three subjects were advised of the trespassing and then issued criminal citations. They were released pending their trials.
