Hope Scholarship Early Quarterly Funding Distribution

The West Virginia State Treasurer’s Office has announced those families receiving Hope Scholarship funds for the 2026-27 school year will receive them earlier than anticipated.  Starting this week, more than 25,000 students will receive about $5,500 divided over a quarterly basis.  Over 13,000 are returning recipients and 12,000 are new student applicants. All West Virginia students in grades K-12, including private school and homeschooled students are eligible for the Hope Scholarship program.
