Criminal Summons Service

On Wednesday, August 12th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served Criminal Summonses on Brian Adam Fisher, 37, and Destiny Marie Fisher, 31, both of Cumberland MD. The summonses referenced multiple incidents that occurred on August 11th, 2026, in the 900 block of Gay St. During these incidents, both subjects allegedly created multiple disturbances with neighbors, and assaulted a female during one incident. As a result, an application for charges was filed with the District Court Commissioner and summonses were issued. On this date, the summonses were served and the subjects were released, pending trial in District Court.

Arrested – Brian Adam Fisher, 37yo.
Charges – Assault 2nd Degree, Affray, Disturb the Peace, Failure to Obey.

Arrested – Destiny Marie Fisher, 31yo.
Charges – Assault 2nd Degree, Affray, Disturb the Peace, Failure to Obey.
