Altamont Terrace Disorderly Conduct Arrest

On August 18th, 2026 at approximately 2:00 p.m., officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to Altamont Terrace regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival officers attempted to de-escalate the argument and gave Marlene Amanda Ferguson several warnings to stop yelling. Ferguson failed to obey the officers’ warnings and was subsequently placed under arrest. She was transported to Police Headquarters and issued a citation for disorderly conduct. Ferguson was then released pending trial in District Court.
