Criminal Summons Served

On August 18th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Justin William Yanky. The criminal summons resulted from charges filed by a private citizen at District Court. Yanky signed for his copy of the criminal summons and was released pending trial at the District Court.
