City Police Report

On August 21st, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Nancy Lee Kosinski. The warrant was issued on August 19th, 2026 in reference to a Grand Jury indictment. She was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking. Kosinski was later presented before a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
