Violation of Protective Order Arrest

On Monday, August 31, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to the 900 Block of Harding Avenue for the report of a male violating a court order. Upon arrival, Officers located Nicolas Davies outside of a residence where he was prohibited from being. Once the order was confirmed to be active, Davies was then placed under arrest and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he awaits his initial appearance.
