Fairview Avenue CDS Arrest

On August 31st, 2026 at approximately 9:20 a.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 500 block of Fairview Avenue. Upon arrival an officer attempted to make contact with Micah Rayshell Humbertson who was asleep in a vehicle. The officer immediately observed a glass smoking device in her lap. The glass smoking device is commonly used to inhale CDS. Humbertson was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters. She was issued a citation for possession of paraphernalia and released pending trial at District Court.
