Bench Warrant Served

On Tuesday, September 1st, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Elizabeth Mae Price, 43, of Cumberland MD. Price was arrested on two active bench warrants, one each, issued by the Allegany and Washington County District Courts. In Allegany County, it is alleged that Price failed to appear in court on August 28, 2026 for previous CDS-related charges. In Washington County, the District Court issued a warrant on August 20th, alleging Price violated the terms and conditions of probation stemming from a previous DWI conviction. Price appeared before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently held on $500 bond.
