Warrant Arrest

On Wednesday, September 2, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served a bench warrant on Patricia Carlin. The warrant was issued after Carlin failed to obey the terms of her probation in a theft case, set on February 4, 2026. Carlin was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where she is held on a $500 bond pending her trial.
