“I think it should be started in nine-year-olds and ten-year-olds way before puberty and any worries and concerns.  Just get the vaccine and then once your exposed you will not be infected.  Once you’re infected, it’s too late.  This is a very common virus.  Pretty much everyone gets exposed to it, so, if you’re going to be immune to it or not is a choice.
