Frederick Street Trespassing Arrest

On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to the area of Frederick Street for a report of an individual trespassing in the parking garage. Upon arrival, Officers located Tyler Morris inside. He was placed under arrest and issued a criminal citation for trespassing. Morris was released pending his trial.
