MacMillan Pipe Band To Parade Downtown Saturday

The Allegany County Courthouse will provide the backdrop for Heritage Days’ mainstage this year for musical entertainment, but areas of downtown will also get some music. Dave Williams of the Allegany County Historical Society says the popular MacMillan Pipe Band will be perform through downtown Cumberland Saturday…

“We’re going to be able to bring the MacMillan Bagpipe Band down off the hill, down across the bridge, and through the center of our downtown on Saturday afternoon.  So, there’s going to be a bagpipe march on Baltimore Street.”
