George Street Parking Garage Arrest

On Wednesday, September 9th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department responded to the George St parking garage regarding a report of a suspicious female subject. Upon arrival, officers located the female and determined that she was trespassing because she did not have a vehicle on the property. As a result, Natoshua Nichole Garlitz, 37, of Cumberland MD, was issued a citation for trespassing. She was later released, pending trial in District Court.
