Warrants Served
On Friday, September 11, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served two warrants on Travis Cecil. A bench warrant was issued after Cecil failed to appear in court on August 28, 2026, in a trespassing case. An arrest warrant was issued after it was reported that Cecil allegedly stole a card and made purchases without the owner’s permission. Cecil was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was released on his own recognizance pending his trials.

ARRESTED: Travis Edward Cecil, 38, Cumberland, MD.
CHARGES: Failure to Appear (Trespassing Posted Property), Credit Card Theft Charges (x6)

Bench Warrant Served
On Friday, September 11, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served three bench warrants on Richard Gray. All three warrants were issued as a result of Gray’s failure to appear in court on June 10, 2026, in three separate cases. The cases involved were two theft incidents of less than $100 and one for disorderly conduct. Gray was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was later released on his own recognizance pending his trials.

ARRESTED: Richard Lee Gray, 55, Ridgeley, WV.
CHARGES: Failure to Appear (x3)

Bench Warrant Served
On Friday, September 11, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served a bench warrant on Javas Bohrer. The warrant was issued as a result of Bohrer violating the terms of his pretrial release set in a second-degree assault case. Bohrer was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was held without bond pending his trial.

CHARGE: Violation of Pretrial Release (Assault Second Degree)
