Mechanic Street Trespassing Arrest

On September 18th, 2026 at approximately 10:50 a.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to 135 N. Mechanic Street regarding a Destruction of Property complaint. Upon arrival officers contacted William Foster Younger Jr. While speaking with Younger, officers learned he was currently barred from Cumberland Housing Property and was trespassing. Younger was subsequently arrested and issued a citation. He was then released from the scene pending trial at the District Court.
