City Police Arrests

On Friday, September 25, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to a residence in the 1000 block of Cherrywood Avenue for the report of an assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, who advised he was struck in the face by Kylie Doll. Officers were able to observe the injury, and as a result, Doll was placed under arrest. She was taken before a district court commissioner and released on her own recognizance pending trial.

CHARGE: Assault Second Degree
On Friday, September 25, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, several disorderly, intoxicated subjects were located. One of the subjects, who was later identified as Steven Jones, assaulted another male in front of the responding Officers. He was then placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he awaits his initial appearance.

CHARGES: Assault Second Degree, Intoxicated Public Disturbance, Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey, Affray
