Bench Warrants Served

On Monday, September 28th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Theresa Marie Bailey, 37, of Cumberland MD. Bailey was arrested on an active bench warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on September 25th. The warrant alleges Bailey failed to appear in court on that date for a previous charge of trespassing. She appeared before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance and was released on her own recognizance.

**Adult Arrest**
On Monday, September 28th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Jessica Domini Durham, 41, of Cumberland MD. Durham was arrested on an active bench warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on January 14th, 2026. The warrant alleges Durham violated the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon her due to a previous conviction on a charge of CDS paraphernalia possession. She appeared before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is being held on $500 bond.
