Grand Avenue Assault Arrest

On Tuesday, October 6, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to the 900 Block of Grand Avenue for the report of a disturbance. While Officers were on scene, they were advised that an assault had occurred. Officers were able to locate the victim, who had injuries consistent with being hit in the stomach. As a result, Jennifer Rohrback was placed under arrest for the assault. She was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where she was released on a $5,000 bond pending her trial.
