Arrest Warrant

On October 12th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Justin Michael Souders. The warrant was issued after a Cumberland Police officer completed an investigation regarding a destruction of property at a residence on Arch Street. The victim advised officers that someone had damaged their handicap ramp which was estimated to have more than $1,000.00 worth of damage. The investigating officer obtained video surveillance of the incident and used other officers’ body-worn camera videos to identify the suspect as Justin Michael Souders. Souders was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking. He was later presented before a District Court Commissioner and held on a $2,000.00 bond.
