Is Maryland’s Blueprint Helping?

Blueprint for Maryland

“I would see that the conversation—in addition to potential budget cuts tax and the increases—there’s a potential that there will be a discussion about how we are reevaluating the investment with the Blue Print.”

Reinhardt added recent testing results have those close to education funding wondering if the initiative is having any impact…

“Tests show, you know, only half of our students that were tested are proficient math and not even 30% proficient in math, and 50% in English.”
