Mayor Looking To Complete Projects

Cumberland’s incumbent mayor, Ray Morriss, says continuity within government is important in completing projects for the city.  Talking to WCBC, Morriss said there are many critical items in the works, one of which is the Messick Road project that is seeing progress in its development…

“And that really offers some great potential – an industrial park within in the city limits of Cumberland. We annexed that in and we’re looking at some serious – some light manufacturing, some warehousing type space.”
