Frostburg State University’s bachelor’s degree program in nursing has earned 10 years of accreditation from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, extending the program’s accreditation through 2036. The Board determined that FSU’s program substantially complies with all four CCNE accreditation standards and identified no compliance concerns regarding the standards’ key elements. The 10-year accreditation term reflects the program’s commitment to maintaining quality in nursing education and meeting established standards for baccalaureate nursing programs.
