Allegany High School is in a LOCKDOWN. There is an ongoing investigation. Information about reunification will be shared with parents of Allegany High School students at an appropriate time and location to be determined. Parents may NOT pick up their Allegany High School students at present. All other ACPS Cumberland City Schools are in a SECURE status. Parents may pick up students from these schools if they desire, and parents will need to come to the school’s doors and show ID. County schools in Allegany County are in a HOLD status. Parents may pick up students from these schools if they desire, and parents will need to come to the school’s doors and show ID.
