Arrest Made in Vehicular Death of Bicyclist

Jim Zamagias

Pennsylvania State Police say a 35-year-old Osterburg man has been arrested and charged with third-degree murder and other offenses in connection with an alleged hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist in Bedford County last week.  WJAC in Johnstown reports that Kurtis Lee Seib was taken into custody Thursday after investigators identified him as the alleged driver who struck and killed 65-year-old Joseph Williams, of Bedford, on Aug. 19.  The incident occurred on Route 96 near Hyndman.  Seib was denied bail and lodged in the Bedford County Jail.
