ARREST WARRANT SERVED

On Sunday, January 18, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Kylie Doll. The warrant was issued as the result of a private citizen filing charges against Doll at the District Court of Allegany County. She was arrested and later seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. At the conclusion, she was released on her personal recognizance.
