Arrest Warrant Served

On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served a bench warrant on Nicolas Davies. The warrant was issued as a result of Davies’ failure to appear in court on July 13, 2026. He was arrested and taken before a district court commissioner. Davies was released on an unsecured $1,000 bond pending his trial at the Allegany County District Court.
