Arrest Warrant Served

On Monday, October 5, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers served a criminal summons and an arrest warrant on Devin Perkins. Both were issued after Perkins violated a protective order on two different occasions. Perkins was located, placed under arrest, and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was released on his own recognizance pending his trial.

ARRESTED: Devin Jeron Falsbury Perkins, 25, Cumberland, MD.
CHARGES: Violation of Protective Order (x2)
