On Thursday, July 23, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Brian Lindeman. The warrant was issued as a result of Lindeman failing to comply with conditions of pre-trial release for violating a protective order. Lindeman was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner. Lindeman was released on an unsecured $2,500 bond pending his trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGE: Bench Warrant Failure to Comply

Arrest Warrant Served
On Thursday, July 23, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Mecca Pulley. The warrant was issued as a result of Pulley violating his probation from a theft conviction. Pulley was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner. Pulley was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond pending his trial at the Allegany County District Court.
