Baltimore Avenue Trespassing, CDS Areest

On Sunday, June 21, 2026 at approximately 7:20 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 block of Baltimore Avenue for a trespassing complaint. The caller reported that Sherman Denmark was inside an apartment and he had been trespassed from the property. Denmark was located and placed under arrest. He was searched and found in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia. Denmark was issued criminal citations and released pending trial.
